Чтобы отследить заказ, нужно зайти на любой сайт, занимающийся отслеживанием посылок (такой сайт можно без труда найти через любой поисковик), и ввести в специальную форму трекинг-номер своей посылки. Трекинг-номер можно взять в личном кабинете Али, в разделе «Мои заказы».

Здесь есть одна загвоздка: трекинг-номер может состоять как только из цифр, так и из двух букв в начале, цифр и двух букв в конце. Первый формат – не международный, поэтому посылку можно будет отследить только в пределах Китая. Второй формат – международный, посылку можно будет отслеживать по всему миру. Учитывайте это – если сервисы для отслеживания долгое время не дают новой информации по передвижению товара, то вполне возможно, что ваша посылка просто не отслеживается.
